The Market Research Society of New Zealand (MRSNZ) committee has been conducting a review of the current membership structure and subscriptions to ensure they best meet the needs of existing members and maximise the opportunity to recruit new members.

As a result of this review, a number of changes are being proposed that will simplify the existing membership structure. To ensure that these changes can be implemented at the start of the next financial year (1 January 2009), Full Members are being asked to vote on the revised membership proposal (not the cost structure) by way of a special ballot.

The proposal document (available for download above) outlines the current membership structure and costs, the proposed new membership structure and costs, and the rationale for the changes. Once you have reviewed this, FULL MEMBERS are able to vote by contacting the MRSNZ Secretary to accept or reject the proposed changes.

Please note that the revised pricing structure has been calculated to maintain the current level of revenue the MRSNZ receives from subscriptions.

FINAL VOTES ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY 5PM ON MONDAY 15TH DECEMBER, 2008.
