Andrew Fletcher, BSc(Psych)
Andrew has 30 years’ experience in marketing and research. His particular interests are branding (he was formerly responsible for managing the NZ Dairy Board’s brands worldwide), and service quality.
Andrew is a past President and life member of SMEI, the association for sales and marketing professionals, and is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (US).
Manuela Fletcher, Director
Manuela trained in qualitative research with Group Dimensions, Rhode Island. Manuela specialises in qualitative research, and is an experienced qualitative interviewer and focus group moderator. She has a strong mix of both operational and strategic skills, and is a confident communicator who provides a professional, results-focused and personal service to our clients.
Manuela is also a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (US), and is Co-Chair for the Virtual Chapter of QRCA, Tri-Chair of the International Committee, and International Host Chair for the 2007 QRCA Conference in Vancouver, BC.
