Reid Research Services Ltd is a truly independent field company. Every aspect of our work is completed to the highest standard. We believe that the quality of fieldwork is largely dependent on the investment made in staff education. Therefore staff training is emphasised at all levels and we consider it is essential that training is ongoing to enable maintenance of these high standards. Our quality systems are 'built-in' throughout all stages of every assignment, rather than being inspected in. We practice open communication with our clients.

We offer a comprehensive range of services from brief to execution including advice on methodology, assistance with questionnaire design, pre-testing / piloting, detailed face to face briefing and debriefing of all field staff, coding, data entry, CATI and tabulations.
