Chris is passionate about helping companies harness the power of research. Being an active researcher for almost 10 years, Chris brings a wealth of practical and theoretical research expertise to the team. Chris is always looking for new ways to be at the forefront of Market Research. This year Chris has put into action the launch of Perceptive's Attitude New Zealand program. This powerful program will give invaluable insights to marketers about New Zealanders attitudes. 


Joanne Tovee Dip.Bus

Joanne is the administrative glue behind Perceptive team and has been tasked with running a "sleek back office" as Chris puts it. Coming from a fast paced corporate background she has been instrumental in developing and implementing new systems and processes organisation wide. She brings a calming nature to the often chaotic environment that is the Perceptive call centre and successfully manages up to 20 fieldwork projects at any given time.


Sarah Harrison BSocSc (Hons)

Sarah has over 7 years experience in market research, social research and programme evaluation. She has extensive experience in the collection, analysis and interpretation of both quantitative and qualitative projects, and in supervising fieldwork staff. Sarah brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health, education, and local government sectors.


Jessica Charlesworth BBIM

Jessica originally joined Perceptive to work alongside the senior researchers and in the process has worked her way into the roles of Marketing and Systems/Business Development Management. Jessica has recently finished her Bachelor of Business and Information Management at the University of Auckland. She brings both enthusiasm and an innovative perspective to our wider research team. Jessica is passionate about research and its effects on the marketing mix for our diverse portfolio of clients.


Daniel Shaw BBS  

Daniel complements the Perceptive team, bringing a wide range of marketing and international business expertise. With a corporate background in business improvement, information management and marketing Daniel is quick to diagnose the needs of our clients, find a suitable research solution and walk the client through the program step by step.


Edmond Young BCom

Ed is a great researcher, with a strong quantitative background. Edmond champions the online survey technology within Perceptive and can make the "prettiest looking" surveys out of the entire team. His love of research is only equalled by his enthusiasm for challenging projects. Ed is yet to find a problem that is too hard and until that day, his search for the ultimate research problem continues.
