Market Research Executive
An outstanding new opportunity has arisen with in the Strategy and Development team. The primary purpose of the role is to drive forward customer/consumer insight through defining, developing and implementing effective market research. Relationships will need to be built and maintained across the business enabling, planning, action and feedback.
• Plan, design, commission and communicate relevant market research projects to fit within the core business objectives
• To support internal teams in their planning and decision making through pro-active involvement in their work and the subsequent sharing of Insights findings
• Ensure that relationships with external research agencies are maintained, and that agencies work in an appropriate manner to meet cost and time deadlines whilst providing high quality feedback and presentations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline and have extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research techniques. Ideally you will have three or more years experience within a Market research agency, or research function and a strong quantitative background with wide experience of presenting research to diverse audiences. You should understand the principles of customer experience and consumer journeys. Project management and the ability to manage internal/external relationship would be an advantage.
